• 8th Grade Students

Eighth grade students have five core classes, Math, English, History, Reading and Environmental Science. In addition, students will rotate through a Mini Studies course, Careers course and Agri-science course.  Students also may participate in Band class and P.E. class. Near the end of the school year, eighth grade students "graduate" to high school during the Afternoon of Excellence. Awards and special recognition are also provided at this function. The eighth grade students also enjoy incentives at the end of each marking period. These may include bowling, ice skating, attending a movie, going to a rec center or attending a Loon's baseball game.
