Please note that the start date of middle school sports practices has been pushed back one week. Practices will now begin the first day of school, August 31st. This includes Cross Country as well as 7th Grade Volleyball & 8th Grade Volleyball.
New for the 2020-2021 school year:
For those students who have a sports physical on file during the 2019-2020 school year, they will be required to complete the orange two-page MHSAA Sports Health Questionnaire form. This form must be signed by both the student and parent/guardian. This completed form will then waive the requirement of a student needing to complete a physical for the 2020-2021 school year.
Students who do not have a physical on-file for the 2019-2020 school year, a Medical History and Physical Examination must be completed for the 2020-2021 school year. A current physical is one completed on or after April 15th of the previous school year.
Copies of the orange MHSAA Sports Health Questionnaire as well as the brown Medical History and Physical Examination forms are available in the superintendent's office for the remainder of the summer. The superintendent's office summer hours are Monday and Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM & Tuesday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM.
