Students need to be prepared for Physical Education class by:
- wearing athletic type footwear that allow maximum participation in learning activities, movement and safety. They do not need to be new but need to fit their feet, have soft type soles and be laced, tied, velcroed or have elastic that keep their feet supported. The following are not appropriate for Phys. Ed.; flip-flops, sandals, crocs, slippers, slip-ons (including lace up shoes that are fixed to just slide on feet) dress shoes and boots. - wearing clothes that allow for maximum participation in learning activities, movement, safety and that do not restrict participation. Pants that stay above the hip bones and don't go underneath shoes, dresses or skirts should have shorts worn underneath, shirt sleeves should not cover hands.
