About Ms. Schick

This is the beginning of my 27th year in education.  I have taken on many different roles in education and I love being in the classroom. I am excited to engage the students in math, history, science and exciting reading stories. I enjoy biking, hiking, kayaking, basketball, golfing, reading, traveling and my family.  I have pedaled my bike through the finger lakes region located in New York state.  I have also biked most of Michigan.  My most memorable hiking trip was on Isle Royale were I participated in a study of the island’s frogs.  My travels have taken me to the Southern Hemisphere where I have seen the Southern Cross in the night sky and far into the Northern Hemisphere where the sun sat at midnight and came back up an hour later.

My Certification

I have a BA in Education with an Earth Science major and Math minor. I also have a Master's Degree in Educational Technology.
